At one of our cookery demonstration classes you will have the opportunity to learn about the secrets of a professional kitchen and the ingredients behind the wonderful food at The Lock.
We offer the unique chance to learn directly from Ade and observe the creation of three or more dishes, representing the best of Ade’s cooking ethos of ‘freshness and quality’. You also have the chance to meet some of the local suppliers who provide our ingredients, from the fish monger to the butcher.
The classes will be held at The Lock Kitchen, Ground Floor, Heron House, Ferry Lane, London, N17 9NF.
The day starts at 6.00pm with a welcome drink and a brief explanation how the class will evolve, and then Ade and his team will demonstrate the art of cooking aimed at fine dining and the day ends with a meal in the restaurant.
Exclusive classes can be pre arranged for a group of up to 5 people maximum at £85.00 per person plus £30.00 per additional guest for Dinner.
